I'm so sorry I'm not good at English.
So it's difficult to explain it, but I try it.

How to make the spider background

1. Draw a thin triangle.
2. Copy and Reverse that triangle
3. Move one triangle to attach two acute angles
4. Copy and turn both of them (repeat many times)

(If you calculate an angle, you can draw correct one.)

I use illustratorCS4, but I think Photoshop also can draw it.
